Extraction and filter units TIGEMMA

The Tigemma extraction and filter units TIG FS a TIG FSD are made of steel sheet with a thickness of 3 mm. The filter design is self-supporting with an integrated fan. For big applications it is possible to connected individual modules together and to use a separate fan. The filter unites can be easily connected to extraction tables for oxy-fuel, plasma and laser cutting machines. They have been designed with a great variability hence they can be installed in every room without any restrictions. The filter unites are equipped with a control unit which sets continuously the necessary parameters for the regeneration of the filter cartridges. At the same time, the unit controls automatically the whole cycle of cleaning, displays and analyses the operating conditions. The machines are suitable for returning of the filtered air back to the production room. The control panel of the filter units activates the filter unit according to the operation of the CNC cutting machine. This its feature saves energy, extends maintenance intervals and the lifetime of filter cartridges.

TIGEMMA cyclone separators with fan

Cyclone separators are used for extraction of fine, not sticky dust particles generated during production. TIGEMMA offers four power series of cyclone separators 630, 800, 1000, 1200. The fan is integrated in the design of the cyclone. The separated solid impurities are collected in a collecting vessel. To ensure a long lifetime, the cyclone separators are made of steel sheet coated with quality coat.
