Extraction and filter units KEMPER

The KEMPER extraction and filtration units are an excellent choice for connection to the extraction tables for oxy-fuel, plasma and laser cutting machines. They can be also connected to the installation of central extraction systems. The modular design of the KEMPER extraction units allows an excellent adaptation to each application and customer requirements. In addition, the units are anytime flexibly expandable. The filters used are made of high quality materials using the latest technology. The control panel of filter units activates the filter unit according to the operation of the cutting machine. This its feature saves energy, extends maintenance intervals and the lifetime of filter cartridges.

KEMPER System 8000

The KEMPER System 8000 units are plug-in-plants with a capacity of up to 13.000 m³/h. The system uses a cartridge filtration and is fully automatic.

KEMPER System 9000

The KEMPER System 9000 filtration plant consists of several modules, which can be connected together on site. Thanks to the modular construction the output is not limited and can be adjusted as required. The system uses a cartridge filtration and is fully automatic.
